Small fuel leak - Suggestions?

Back story:

Driving the car and opened the window to get some fresh air and I get a large wiff of gas. So I have been tracking it down from the engine back. Turns out to be coming from the trunk. Where the wires enter the top cover, there seems to be seepage up the wires. Suggestions? Do i just remove is and try and putting some waterproofing on it?

Sorry for the crappy pictures. My camera got stolen out of my work truck with other stuff. BTW, don't go to Greenspoint, TX outside of Houston. I was 1 of 5 truck broken into over night at our hotel and telling stories to people that live around there, that is not uncommon. When we told the front desk, their response: "Oh, that hasn't happen for about 6 months."

It looks like someone did a rewire for the fuel pump. That's not the factory wiring. Just use a fuel safe sealant on it. You might even take the fuel pump cover off and put some sealant on the inside as well as the outside to create a double barrier.

The fuel is seeping up the wire. They sell special grommets and wires that are designed to use for fuel systems. I can find out the source if you need it.

Yeah, I have a duel pump setup. I will see if I can get some fuel safe sealant around here. Thanks.

Probably your problem. I will see if I have some pictures of the setup I had done for my mechanic's brother. It was pretty trick.
