slight engine misfire,,, ideas

hi guys,, i rebuilt my twin turbo engine about 6 months ago now,, the engine wasnt destroyed just had some mileage on it,,, so was all resealed and new bearings ect ect,, right now to the problem..
Car starts first turn of the key.. and runs 100% for about 1 minute,, no misfires or anything,, after that time the car start to have a slight misfire. The bigger of the problems is - if you try to move the car while its still cold it will rev up but when you let go of the gas pedal the car stumbles and most of the time will drop one rotor (on inspection its all ways the front rotor flooded out,, once unflooded it starts straight back up again).
if i leave the car to warm completely up,, i can move it fine and it drives fine.
now im thinking to myself does the car need some mileage running in or is there another problem,, maybe ignition problem or something.
please not car has only done like 4 miles,,,,since rebuild
any advice please guys?

With a new rebuild the engine has to be broken in again to build compression with the new seals. Look around on other threads to find what other people are doing for their break-in periods. Its usually around the 1k mile marker to be safe and dont drive into boost.
