Skid Plates?

Hey fellow RX-7 owners. I wanted to know if there is such a part for the 1992 FD version of the RX-7. I am not too sure if it's called a skid plate but I have heard that these are for rallying. Are there any undercarriage protection plates for protecting the front part of the car? From unavoidable bumps and steep hills that might scrape the underbody of the car? Help is much appreciated!

I've never seen one. I have seen people make their own undertray using sheetmetal. Not sure how well it would tolerate abuse though.

I have 3/16 aluminum plates front to rear covering all the fuel lines .You can make a set to cover more if needed, just vent around the exhast system .

Ahh I see, I know that the RX-8 has ones, and they are hard plastic. Not sure if the dealerships have any of the RX-7's.

You should have a stock one in the front. Do you not have a hard plastic undertray under your radiator (and most of the front of the car)?

There is a plastic undertray. If you don't have one, get one because it's really important for the radiator airflow and overall engine cooling.
