Single turbo simplification

I'm pretty sure, but I just wanted a 2nd opinion

i've got the motor out and am installing a single turbo onto my JDM motor...

with power FC

so I:

Pull the entire rats nest,

block off plates on all the emissions crap,

block off the rear oil return

cap off the Turbo coolant lines

TB coolant routed back to the WP housing

cap off the zillion open nipples...

cap off one oil filler neck nipple, 2nd nipple to catch can

lose the air pump

lose both vacuume tanks

So the only solenoid I need is the Fuel Pressure sol. everything else can go...

Did I miss anything?

don't even need that solenoid.

there aren't that many nipples to cap. the UIM will have about 4 that needs to be capped. The LIM are just pass thru's.

a water cooled turbo is a good thing under the hood of an RX-7.

but you basically have it right

so i can ditch the FPR solenoid and run the angled vacuume straight to the FPR?

wasn't the solenoid for helping with hot starts?

unfortunately my turbo is oil cooled only.. doesn't have a wet center.. so the water lines gotta go.. (hey less stress on the cooling system too..)

was...just another piece to fail. Run 43.5psi static pressure and you'll have no issues

not really ;)

just loop those lines.
