silent BOVs on custom intake

my car came with the pettit hot air intake.

I like to hear the turbo's spool but I HATE the blow off valves and compressor bypass sounds.
on a regular single turbo car this is not too bad but with these sequential things I just hate all the noise under the hood.

at first I bought a used stock intake to put it in and quiet all teh noise... I know it's immoral to bolt something in that reduces HP but I wanted to quiet all that aircompressor noise.

well after starting to bolt it in and having a tough time I gave up... remember it's immoral too.

so I figured Ill get an aftermarket airbox to quiet things down a bit....

then I got an idea.....
put mufflers on teh BOVs
so I went to advance auto. the lawnmower section bought 2 of their silver mufflers out on teh shelf with teh 3/4 npt threads... and then I got 3 feet of teh 3/4" heater hose.. plumbed the mufflers to the end of teh BOVs and routed them out of site to avoid ridicule when I pop the hood....

WOW WHAT A CHANGE now I hear the turbos great but almost completly eliminated the bull shit noises so many love to amplify..

It only cost 12$ total for both mufflers and the hose.
if you get T you could only use one muffler then paint it the color of your engine bay and put a jeggs sticker and it'll look just like a catch can or something.

now I can make a custom cold air intake and if it's not completly sealed for noise who cares.... cold air can be the main concern.
and teh car is so nice to ride now.... smooth turbo whines and deep loud exhaust.
