severe Gasoline Flood in the Rotor

I finally just got sick and tired with my car. The problems are as follows.
The engine gets flooded with Gas. enough to fould the plugs seriously, this is my third set that i have replaced. I have also found out that the moron owner bypassed the fuel relay on the car ,and wired the fuel pump directly. I figure 1 of 3 things are going on, 1) Fuel Filter clogged, 2) Fuel Pressure Regulator Shot, 3) Injectors Bad. Also, when the car starts with the flooded engine, anytime you go and press the gas more than half way, the car stalls like crazy (then recovers), can anyone tell me what is going on so i can make sure i somewhat protect myself from a crook mechanic.
Also, how do you check if the solenoids in the rats nest works.

If you have, or have had these problems, i would greatly appreciate any reply.

Check your MAP sensor. It's on the firewall right behind the throttle body. Make sure the vacuum hose is connected properly and that the connector is pushed tight. If that's your problem then it will smooth out, but smoke for a few minutes.
