With Vacuum To Pressure Regulator 28 - 32 psi (190 - 220 kPa)
Without Vacuum To Pressure Regulator 36 - 38 psi (250 - 260 kPa) Priming The Fuel System After releasing the fuel pressure for repairs or inspection, the system must be primed to avoid excessive cranking when first starting the engine. Procedure Connect the diagnosis connector terminals F/P and GND with a jumper wire. Turn the ignition switch ON for Approximately 10 seconds and check for fuel leaks. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the jumper wire. (look at the pic it should help you) dave is this you? |
With big pri injectors I would disconnect the vacuum line and set the pressure at 40 psi for better spray at idle . I am running 850cc pri with good idle and cold start up .

If you have a fuel pressure gauge in the cockpit, 40 psi is better due to being easier to determine if the pressure under boost is safe/accurate.
(38 + boost psi) is harder to due than (40 + boost psi) |
