selling my FD, pre-purchase inspection advice...

Hi
I've been looking to sell my current FD and have found a potential buyer.
He is keen but has asked for a Pre- purchase inspection from an independant vehicle testing station ( VTS ) before he buys. He is going to pay for the inspection ( $125 ) . So I have agreed.
I have looked on the VTS website to see whats involved and apart from the usual Interior/exterior /damage checkes ect... it also says they will do an" engine compression test to check for wear and a " coolant system check".

Now, I have been to the VTS to get my FD licenced in the past and its always flown through without a problem. But I have heard comments fro he staff at the VTS when licencing my car like " is the engine supposed to pulse like that? and " what is it ? a V6? " . The website says these guys are supposed to be experts?

Should I be worried about what they may TRY to do when attempting a compression test?
Is this gonna be one of those classic scenarios when they open the hood to do it and stand there dumbfounded at where the plugs are under the rocker-cover that doesnt seem to be there at all?

any advice would be of great help

my advice would be to go to a rotary specific shop and have them check out the motor. thats what i did in my area and im glad i did. ive had no problems with my car.

well I would but the buyer has insisted on the VTS doing it because , in reality, he doesnt know any better either and he has already pre-paid for the inspection as well.
I am going to go ahead with the VTS anyway cos I need to sell my FD and this guy is gonna give me a good price.
I was more interested on what you guys think the VTS staff will do /react when it comes to checking the engine out
