Seat belt retainer on seats different between 93 and 94?

I have some seats from a 93 and Im trying to bolt on teh part that the seat belt clips into. I can't get it to go on the bracket part on the seat. Unless Im totally retarded it looks like this part is different for these years??

anyone know?

youde kinda have to have 93 and 94 seats together to figure this out I guess
