3. pack alu jack, jack stand, tools
4. Extra clothes for the crazy weather.
5. Tire pressure guage and air in the tires.
6. Helmet, shoes, gloves....
7. Food, water and such
8. Laptimer...
9. PLenty of sleep tongiht...for the car and me..:)

Headed to Thunderhill after that on Jan 19th.

I bleed cuz it felt funny when I was at Laguna seca..just in case....anyways, I think my brakes suck cuz I have the Hawks which needs warming up.

I have a hot lap timer...

I am Irwan's schoolmate..we met at the last meeting, I have the white FD

For timing, try AMB transponder
or Longacre Hot Lap Timer

Is there any personal laptiming..without someone waiting trackside with a stopwatch? :)
i am on low budget....

If you are in So Cal, there are more cheaper tracks to go to...
NorCal has 2 expensive tracks: searspoint and laguna seca. next cheap one is thunderhill...hundreds of miles away...

I prefer Thunderhill to Buttonwillow. It's less out of the way(off of I-5), and really is a nice course overall, I espescially like turn 5..that hill kicks butt. Reminds me of Laguna Seca.

A little bit of throttle on the way down, bring that end out..heh. :bigthumb:

I assume you're talking Streets Of Willow, right? Willow Springs is usually pretty booked up, and the BIG cars run on that track all the time...of course, I haven't raced the 7 there, but I imagine you could run the 7 on the big track easily.

It is nice going sideways on the bowl..heh...only problem was in the Celica, it was in a bad spot for the gearing...you had to shift almost right before the exit.

That really sucked because you were practically sideways, already. :D
