Searching isnt helping with Greddy profec B install HELP!

I have been searching and searching, but cant find a pic of what this looks like without the intake on.

http://www.rotarypowered.com/howtoboostcontrol.html
the last picture.

The picture on this is the tubing going from the turbo(Top) and the waste gate (bottom) to the greddy sender right?

Those got to:
http://www.angelfire.com/tx4/rx72/ProfecB.html
Picture of the sender mounted.

From the turbo the tube goes to in or out?
From the wategate the tube goes in or out?

I just want to make sure I am doing this right. I have been getting real confused cause some sites I saw have the wastegate capped off. Maybe I am just really confused.

This is how I did mine

"Remove air box and intake piping so you can access the waste gate.

remove the 4 inch piece of hose going from the turbo to the wastegate. This tubing contains the pill which you dont need now.

mount the stepper motor or little black box somewhere around the headlight under the hood.

run a piece of hose from the turbo to the "IN" on the black box, then from the "OUT" to the waste gate. It just acts as a bridge between the two. Then reinstall the air box and intake hoses.

run the power cable coming from the black box inside the car near the drivers side kick panel. I took it through the steering wheel boot or follow through where your boost gauge hose goes into the cockpit.

Mount the the Profec B somewhere where you can access the dials on it. I velcrowed it to the kick panel to the left of the clutch.

Now take the vaccum tubing for the boost gauge and cut it near the back of the Profec and add a T connector. Take a small piece of tubing and go from the T connector to the back of the Profec B. "

I did it. I was nervous about cutting the hose I hoad from the nipple off the intake manifold. I did it and out the T connector.

I brought all wires through the lining behind the drivers wheel. I took off one of the caps.

Took long but is undetectable. I hid all tubes etc...
I was also installing the apexi intake.

Tested them both and damn my car is alot faster.

I have dp, mp, clutch flywheel, PFC and others nothing major. So the intake opened it all up..

I have a cb not a mp I just have it on the brain cause I want to get it so bad

GsrSol 10-17-02 02:08 AM

You already have the PFC so adding a mp won't be a problem, if tuned for it. They're only like $150 and I highly suggest it.

If you think the intake made the car alot faster, just wait til you do the mp
