Salavaged FD

I bought a VR 1994 Rx7 R2 with 27k miles and nose damage. She just got out the body shop and now its time to work on the motor. She started when i first bought her with a quick jump start and ran for maybe 1-3min max since the rad was cracked. I've invested in the following parts bought form Joey @ http://www.tvracing.us/

Recently Bought Items:
Fluidyne Radiator
Mazda stock oem rad hoses
Mazda Thermostat guage
Aftermarket AST
Efini y-Pipe
Turbo Timer w/Harness
NGK plugs
10mm spark plug wires
Fuel filter
oil filter.
Dual Oil Coolers from Crooked Willow

Following part for near future:

Boost Guage
Optima Battery
Apexi FMI and Air intake.
downpipe
Full exhuast taking out all cats
Power FC
Primary injectors
High performance Fuel pump
Volk Rims 18's or 19's.

Anyone have any input on parts I may need and nice links to other speed showps with decent prices for FD's..
Also please leave any input you have on any of the following parts [bad/good]. Also if you can recommend anything I would really Appreciate it.

Thank you
Jay

You are good for a newbie here. You must have done your research, because those parts you bought are reliability items.

A lot of newbie did not bother with radiator, hoses, ast, and oil cooler.
You need to upgrade the vacuum hoses, unless its already done at the shop...

Yea i'm a newbie, did my research after long hours of reading plenty of threads and RX7 articles. I'll upgrade the hoses later on cause mostly I'll need to pull out the motor to do exactly what I want. Please post anything that you can think of so I can enjoy my FD without all the headaches.

OK. If you are going to want more power in the future, you can make it easier right now, by keeping your primaries, and upgrading your secondaries which might also require a different fuel rail. That way you will have fuel when you need it later. Plus you won't have to take off the UIM later.

When you get the UIM off, have it polished then.

You also might want to add an ignition amplifier (HKS Twinpower) as a later mod.

You have the fuel filter set for a later upgrade, you might want to do it now if you upgrade the secondaries.
