RX-7 sticker ya or ney?

Made it at work, should I keep it?

kyle@insight 07-09-03 08:18 PM

Looks kinda ricey IMO

fedupfd3 07-09-03 08:20 PM

I think maybe a different font would be better, but also seems to take away from the whole engine bay. Perhaps smaller too.

i have a question for you. i have the same hks bov that you have and mine is also aluminum welded on the chrome pipes. what did you do with the stock two bov'v. did you take them out or clogg them???

I agree, get rid of the japanese writing, and maybe a little smaller. My REAL opinion is get rid of it. If someone needs a sticker to tell them it's an rx-7 they don't need to be looking.

rice -e- big no

chinqlinq 07-09-03 11:13 PM

that is by far the ugliest sticker i have seen ever...don't put that on please...just leave it polished beautifully like it is...

could be worse, but Definitely better. It wouldnt be too bad if you had RX-7 written in the same font as the rear emblem, and much smaller, an accent of sorts.

less is more :)

LoveBone 07-10-03 12:46 AM

It's ghetto. I'd take it off.

c00lduke 07-10-03 03:42 AM

Yeah, thats the same font i see used on the back of some of the probes running around town with "MAZDA" across the back.

If you are going to keep it try to make it so the glossy square isnt around the whole thing, cut it out and make it look like you spent as much time on you $2 sticker as you did your whole engine bay.

No, no, and no. That's a good spot to slap a sticker to support your favorite shop and/or vendor, if you ask me.

RonKMiller 07-10-03 07:23 AM

I think we ALL should have them - and I'm willing to buy one for - oh, say $29.95.

(Just in case we forgot exactly what kind of car we are driving.)

Then we could become candidates for this: http://www.stupidity.ca/

WSCrusader112 07-10-03 09:51 PM

Yea looks tacky I say you take it off/

DaedelGT 07-10-03 09:55 PM

lol

Sticker Etiquite (I have never ever written that word, can you tell?) is easy!

1)No fancy writing
2)At least a 3:1 size ratio
3)No crazy colors

I make sticker placement FUN!!

DrunkenBowler 07-11-03 01:20 AM

I say nay. It looks very childish. It's like, you are going to forget the name of your car sometime in the near future. So, I say, leave the sticker off.

rex4x 07-11-03 10:47 AM

leave it off.. its a sticker.. a sticker does NOT make your car look better.. your car makes the sticker look better.. you don't need it

93vrfd3s 07-11-03 02:44 PM

I must agree. Don't rice up your FD. You are above that. This is something I might see on a Honda or an Acura. Get rid of it.
