rust?
 

not soo sure if its a rust but where my battery is located in the engine bay underneath it, it seem like as if it was rust but paint was chipping off thas all!! and had colour like rust!!a ny1 know what could it be?

I had that same problem. I got some of this stuff that basically claims to turn rust into primer. I painted that on and let it dry over night. Then just covered it all back up. I hope it stops it from getting nasty again.

Under the battery tray is normally pretty rusty and nasty from battery acid. Clean it up, use some rust converter or something, etc.
