RPS clutch ok for stock?

My car has 47K and the clutch will slip under stress (One trip down the 1/8 mile only!) It only has an HKS downpipe, so its basically stock. I want to buy a clutch now to minimize downtime when it really fails. Thanks for any info!

When looking at clutches, look at the maximum torque they support. Additionally, think about what you plan to do with the car. If you plan to modify the car later, it might make more sense to go ahead and get a little stronger clutch than a stock replacement.

The stock clutches are a little quick to wear out. I suggest going with the closest clutch to stock made by ACT or another aftermarket brand.

Like Mahjik said, if you plan to jack up the power later it might be worth a stronger clutch - but don't do more than you can use. They're harder on the drivetrain, harder to drive, and tend to not last as long as a less aggressive clutch.
