Rotor Assembler
I guys,
I still have a 93/ 13B that as been work very well until i found that o small amount of water is passing throw the sell to inside the rotor. A decide to make my self the necessary repairs, and until now everything is going very well. I replace every parts that could be damage, and all others that are out of spec (i have the factory repair manual). I'm going to start assembly when a question came to my mind, and because i don't see nothing about it i decide to go to this forum. The question is, When i assemble the rotor's, what is the position in relation to the eccentric shaft? what is the position for the front rotor and for the rear rotor(if there is one position)? OK, i will keep the work stopped until i get a answer from you guys. Thank you all |
have one of the rotor apexs pointing to the bottom of the housing, then insert your e shaft. same for the back make sure it pointing to the bottom of the housing. getting that center iron on there is tricky and make sure u got someone there to left the e shaft up for you, you got to wiggle it around a tad bit to get to slide over.

no, get the front rotor point downany apex will do as long as its pointing down. then put ur eshaft in and ceter iron in then turn the eshaft so that u can get the second pointing down.

it can only really go in one way. once you have the rotors in turn the e-shaft a few times,if its right the rotor will turn like its supposed to if not it will hit the housing.
