No offense, brah, but this is a :repost: They ripped the dumbshit in this video in another thread. He should know better. Mustang GTRs do not have have rotary engines. They're run by two inline 12s placed parallel to each other hooked up to a 350 shot of NOS. Dude did not know his Mustang GTRs.

This is an old video. The interviewer is a dick. The Mustang owner doesn't know what he's talking about, so what. Just tell the dude what's up, there's no need to be a complete douche about it. Everyone was a newbie at some point, and everyone just wants to belong to the cliche. This is the reason we have JDMers running around nowadays proclaiming how "clean" something is.

It was in an old "Mischief" DVD originally.

One of the first ones.

It was funny...

Point well taken. I still consider myself a newbie. :) Just thought I'd throw some sarcasm around for shits and giggles.

However, if you own a car and plan to use it as a show piece, you should be a little more informed, dont you think? Being a newbie and not knowing something is OK--we've all been/are at that point. But have the common sense/due diligence to obtain knowledge of your car BEFORE you show it off.

My bad. I think we responded at almost the same time. Besides, I didn't wanna be a dick to the original poster.

LOL, yeah the post times are pretty close. Oh well at least astrozombie1138 tried.

There was a prototype rotary corvette, in the 70's I believe. So, I can see someone putting a rotary in a mustang. I'm sure some muscle car guys would say,"What, a V8 in a RX-7, what are you an idiot?"

SiKoPaThX 12-23-05 08:56 AM

^No that's what Rx-7 guys say. Muscle car guys would say "I see you finally went for the right choice."

Now put a rotary or honda 4-cylinder in a muscle car: Possible start of World War 3.
