Replacing shift bushing

I just got a short throw shifter and need to replace my shifter bushing. Maxdatrix has a nylon one and an aluminum one, is there any reason that I shouldn't go with the aluminum one? I realize there might be a little more vibration in the shifter but I think I can live with that. Any comments?

I had aluminum shifter bushing in my old Eclipse. It felt a lot more crisp.
I did not notice any more vibrations.

I put the mazdaspeed aluminum bushing in. I didn't see any ill effects from it. Really couldn't tell a difference at all. But the nylon one (at least the stock one) will eventually get brittle from the heat and crack all to pieces.
