Replaced the TPS screwes, no voltage difference between WOT and closed

I was trying to adjust the TPS last night, but what was holding it down was philips screws, which were already pretty stripped. I took apart the Throttle body, and took the TPS off. Installed the 7mm bolts. Today, I started the car (to readjust the TPS) and it idled like crap. So I waited til the car warmmed up, then shut it off right away. I began by loosening the bottom bolt and the partially the top, then i stuck a safety pin in there and began to read the readings. The 2nd from the top and the last connector both read th same, at both closed AND WOT. IT was all just .15v No matter how much i adjust, nothing. Did I install the TPS back wrong?

TPS is spring loaded. Make sure it catchs on the inside then twist it to line up the bolt holes. I just went through the same thing.

Thanks, but I figured out that already. (too bad it was AFTER I had broken the damn thing trying to put it back on) =\ Well I guess I have to go out and buy a new 1 (that'll set me back a couple hundred dollars.) I guess I had it like the wrong way as described here https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...&highlight=tps

Anyways, Thanks a lot.
