replaced fuel hose without releasing fuel pressure, prime the system again?

as the thread said, my mate replaced a fuel hose on his exta fuel rail without releasing the fuel pressure first, got a bit of fuel leak but not much. do I still have tp re-prime the system so she doesnt overcrank on the first startup?

I usually don't bother.

I would prime it, just to check for leaks, before I started it.

Yes. If nothing else, do it to make sure there were no leaks created with the work.
