Removing UIM for upgrades

Ok I will be removing my UIM to install my KGparts fuel kit and will be wiring up my Microtech LTX8 :icon_tup: and will be removing my stock coil pack for the bosch coil packs at the same time. What else should I do since I have the UIM off?
-Block off plates?,,I want to keep the non-seq since they are BNR's.

might want to replace the vac hoses under the manifold with silicone ones, remove the double throttle to free up the intake passage way(pretty easy, just look up how to), and i dont know how you are going to intall that new fuel system with that pressure box being in the way. i think thats usually where its placed. you might need to re-route it to another place in your bay.

and a random point: might want to plug those ports on the intakes. if a large bug gets sucked up in there, it could do alot of damage

+1 vacuum hose replacement...as 4CN A1R stated above.

I would remove the double throttle plates, block off what you dont need.

What can I do about the pressure box? I never really thought about that thanks for pointing it out. Anybody relocate the box or can I just eliminate the thing completely?

im really sorry for hijacking your thread here but is there any consequences for removing just the double throttle plates and nothing else?

well i was told its not nessesary when you go non-sequentual. you might want to check with someone who really knows for sure. if its not needed, then you could just cut them a little short and block them off.
