3/4" rubber plug

remove intercooler pipe that crosses between smog pump and alternator

loosen and remove smog pump belt

3 bolts hold the smog pump, take them out

unplug connector

wiggle smog pump out

the pulley replacement should be easy, you just have to loosen the bolts on pulleys you'll be replacing

Thanks,
i take it you have done this before, do you need air tools to get the other pulleys off, hows the idle, do you use a resistor, how many hoses need to be plugged....

check this site out, do all of this, and then add your pulleys.. and of course no need to look for a 30" belt because a belt comes with your pulley set...
