Recommended Alignment? Weekend car/track car
 

I recently became an FD owner and am looking to eventually bring it to the track. While searching through the archives, I came across this thread:

I'm coming from years of driving an S2000 at the track and these look really conservative to what I'm used to seeing (my last S2k alignment was -2.9 F/ -2.7 R; street tires). The camber listed for "Short Track" is about as aggressive as an OEM UK spec for an AP1...

I know it's an entirely different platform, but I'm just curious about the ranges that (fast) FD's like for track use. Do any of you have some recommendations or general guidelines (e.g., more neg front camber than rear)?

Those settings are very conservative, at least for this end of the world. Castor is about all you can get though - and pretty much the same. We normally run more front v rear ~ 1/2-1 degree or so.

I'd suspect that's more dual purpose street/track and for a hard(er) tyre.
