Rear Sway Bar issue

I have a weird thing happening with my rear sway bar. It finds a way to slide over and rub against my driver side wheel. We loosened it up and moved it back to center and about 50 miles of driving it made its way all the way over again. could it be a bad bar, improper mounting, wrong bar for the car or I am a stupid Rx7 owner? If any ideas besides that last one you might know of please let me know because I am scratching my head on this.

93 and 94 have different diameter rear sway bars.about 2mm different in diameter. you have to have all the correct hardware also.i have both forsale if needed

But would length make it slide way over and rub up against the wheel. I have the bolts tight for the bushings and all but still manages to slide over. it is also an upgraded sway bar.

It is supposed to have small rubber "collars" clamped on the bar just on the inside of each bushing. This keeps it from being able to slide over

This isn't the stock clamp, but you get the idea:

Antiroll Bars
