Rear rotor flooding problem
 

I've been having a problem with my rear rotor flooding lately. It was running great for 3 months when I started it up one morning, let it warm up for a bit and when I tried to move, it started firing on just the front rotor.
I noticed when I pulled the injector clip off the rear rotor, nothing changed. I checked for spark and it was present on both rotors. I also noticed my stock fuel system was leaking quite bad so I upgraded to an extreme fuel system with a stock primary rail with 550cc.
I installed the new system, but the problem was present at first start up. I deflooded the engine, installed new plugs, and it fired up great, rev'd awesome, etc. I shut it down after it was warm figuring my problem was just crappy plugs. Came out tonight, bam, problem occured first start up.
I'll be doing a compression check tomorrow, but when it fires up on both rotors, it sounds and drives awesome.
Any suggestions? Problem just randomly happened with no changes to anything. Could it be a turbo issue as they do leak oil out the secondary.
Also, when its running on the front rotor only, and I rev it, it builds boost in neutral, but doesnt usually when its running great.

My basics are:
Stock REW
Non-Seqential turbos
Haltech E8
550/1600cc fuel system
Stock FC ignition/coils/wires

Are you using the same primary injectors as you had before the secondary rail upgrade?

Nope, they were different ones, but still used none the less

spark plug wires?

I pulled the plug out and grounded it and saw spark. I also swapped the front wire for the rear wire, no difference

are you using the same injectors as before with your new fuel system?

No, Im using two different 550cc's that I bought used along with the secondary/fpr kit.
I guess it could be sticking again, but it seems unlikely two would be messed up.
I guess I could use the good injector from my other rail since I know it was working fine...

Be keen to see what the compression test shows.
I had to pull my fuel rail & jimmy up a plug to a battery & could see that the injector wasn't closing properly. If you have an aftermarker FPR there was a post not so long ago a guy had a flooding issue on both rotors, it turnned out to be the diaphram on his FPR leaking into the UIM. Depending on where yours is tapped in, that could be another stretch of the imagination to look into.

I'll verify the injectors. My FPR is getting vacuum from a nipple near the throttle body. Not sure if thats what you meant by "tapped" in. How would one check to see if a FPR has a leaking diaphram?

When I swapped out the primary rail, I noticed the Oring that seals the rail to the block was chewed up. I'm going to order some new ones and hopefully that fixes it...

New insulators seemed to have fixed it. Fires up and idles beautifully.
Need to sort out my secondary injector problem. Can't rev past 3800rpm not matter the load

Nvm, happened again today.
I've narrowed it down to this:
-Gummed up 550cc injector from to much premix/received another bad injector
-Crap spark plugs can't keep up with the fuel

Any other suggestions? Not that it matters since I'm leaving the car for a few months, but would like to have a general idea.

will be able to work on my car for a day finally, will try brand new spark plugs, but bumping this up to get other ideas.
