Quick wiring question

Is it possible to switch the two connectors on the front cover timing inductors? Just the two wires off the harness. Not the physical inductors.

Im getting a laggy throttle and poor boost response if any.

Are you referring to the CAS sensors? If so, yes they can be accidentally switched. However, if they are switched, you'll have more problems than just laggy throttle.

Other problems such as?

I might as well just admit it, lol. Im clueless at this moment. My minds other places and I just have not had a chance to get under the hood and diagnose things.

Its a 93 R1 with a 1999 engine, turbos, tranny, diff. 99 rats nest and solinoids I wired into a 93 new harness. (This was painless btw).

My 2nd turbo spools after 4700 rpm and pulls like none other. Primary does nothing. Yes I have read the website that helps diagnose them, I just dont know if it applies to 99 too.

The car would run like utter crap. You would probably think the engine was blown as to how bad it would idle.

The same applies. If it didn't we wouldn't be able to use 99 spec turbos on US spec FD. The difference it just the location of the solenoids. Most likely, you an issue with your Charge Control system.

Thats what I figured. I also need to physically check all the vac lines. Anyways.
Thanks!
