Quick wiring question
 

Hey all, have a quick question about the wiring diagrams for an FD.

I am working on doing a dual fuel pump set up and need help with the Low Fuel light, Fuel level gauge circuit. I see that the Blue wire is for the Low fuel level switch and the white with green stripe is for the fuel level gauge. But I need a third wire coming up to go to the blue wire with black stripe which looks like it will bond to vehicle ground.

My question would be should it be coming off the screw at the bottom of the resistor? I took a picture of the screw in question.
