quick noob question... could save me money.... please help
 

Hey guys...

heres my question.... when in full throtle and both turbos are working... does the psi slightly drop down as you approach the redline??

On a stock or close-to-stock car, the boost often starts dropping after 6500 rpm to 8 psi by redline.

When my FD was bone stock long ago, my boost pattern was 10-8-10-8 at redline. When I upgraded the downpipe *precat* and cat-back exhaust, I got a solid 10-10.5 psi after transition to redline.

That was without a boost controller. With the main cat still on, I didnt spike at all, occasionally hitting 11psi on the primary and secondary before heat soak sets in. Of coarse its variable from car to car, as i have heard of people hitting higher boost with similar setups.
