quick exhaust question
 

on http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/stages.html it recommends a Tri-Point, Racing Beat, Pettit, N-Tech, or PFS one catback exhaust....are those the best available? how do u guys like greddy evo, apex n1, blitz, etc....

also for the intake....it recommends Mostly Mazda, N-Tech, Tri-Point, Pettit, FTL.....do you guys recommend any others?

They are all pretty much the same so it doesn't matter.

The main thing you need to think about is what else will be going on your car. For instance, if you are thinking of going to a FMIC, most cold air intakes won't fit with FMIC piping.

If you want to stay with a cold air intake, you can actually just modify the stock air box to bring in more air instead of replacing it.

Think about what plans you have for the car so you don't end up wasting money in the future.

well i wanna upgrade the turbo later on and im gonna get a FMIC....i was lookin on the racing beat dual tip exhaust...looks pretty nice to me

Ooops, my bad. I saw "exhaust" but had "intake" on my mind when posting the last message. So, ignore my first post. :)

The Racing Beat Dual tip is a very good exhaust. It has the stock look but a little deeper sound and better flow. If that's the look you want, it's a good exhaust.

All the exhaust flow better than stock, so you can't go wrong with any of them.

I think HKS is one the better power adders, but very loud.
