Quality of Greddy Type RS BOV - adjustment SUCKS

installed my new RS.....go to adjust the spring...turn the stiffness up and what happens the damn thing pushes out of its own threads and strips itself...NOT MY FAULT AT ALL...apparently alot of people have had this problem.

- so to fix it I had to borrow a tap kit and tap 5/16-18 and install a new screw after teflon wrapping it

heads up for anyone looking to purchase the RS

and by the way Greddy will NOT cover it under warrenty

Is it a real Greddy or one of those ebay fakes?

I have 2 of them on my car and never had a problem. Are you sure you bought a authentic Greddy and not a ebay knock off?

I've got one and I can't adjust it tight enough. It's still open at idle.

The only way to get it to close is to tighten the screw all the way down but then it won't open either.

Anybody got any experience with that? What did you do to fix it?
