A puzzle and a couple of problems...

Here's the puzzle, please help...if you can...any suggestions?

This is what I got, does anyone know what's missing? There is some kind of Greddy sensor, mounted on the passenger side strut tower there are 3 wires (first pic) going out of it and a hose running from intake manifold to to this sensor. It's attached to where people usually attach boost gauge hoses. The wires go inside the car on the passenger side. I assume it's supposed to measure pressure in the manifold. The wire from this sensor has a 3 pin connector (it's routed inside the car. Next, there is an AST tank made by Apex and there is another sensor attached to the AST tank (pic 2). This one has two wires running inside the car at the same place as the wire for the pressure sensor. I assume this one measures water temp. The wire for this sensor has a 2 pin connector inside the car. Both wires are about the same length. There is also a piece of tape right where the connectors are and there is 'greddy unit' hand written on it. The connectors are in the last pic. Does anyone have any suggestions of what the 'greddy unit' might be? My guess it's either profec thing or e-manage, I'm leaning towards profec thing.

Next, the problem. T...P...S.... I know this has been beaten to death already, but my question is this, can I just turn the little screw on it until the car stops 'hunting' or do I absolutey need to take it of and adjust it with a volt meter? The problem is that the car idles at around 1500rpm and today it started 'hunting' (rpms jump up and down b/w approx 1000 and 2000rpm). Mods include street port, HKS intakes and downpipe, cat-less midpipe and RB cat-back. Everything I've read about TPS on here never said anything about just turning the screw without removing TPS. There are numerous instructions on how to adjust it but all include removing it.

Just a thought

I don't know about the wires, but the idle hunt.. I don't think its the TPS. I had the same problem and if I recall its cause I removed all the bullshit, including the idle control motor, and the pollution control sh@t. I adjusted the idle control adjustment on the STOCK throttle body. I doubt its the TPS, but I always feel more confident checking everything. The stock TPS has 4 wires and its a potentiometer thats carries a linear voltage of 0-5 volts. If you check with a meter, across 2 of the wires, it should have a smooth increase of voltage. If the voltage is broken up, or has 'dead spots' then it could cause idle hunt. I know expert, just trying to help, I've had every problem know and unkown to man!

You should be able to just adjust it. I have a question for you: are you running a mid pipe, intake, & street port on the stock ecu?
