Purge Control Solenoid - Error Code 40

Hi friends,

I'm doing my homework on the troubleshooting & potentially replacing of the purge control solenoid commonly attributed to the engine error code 40.

I'm trying to find the part number for this guy.

Is it K5T48075?

Example here - http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/172117385770?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true
I'd like to get a new one.
Are these still available from Mazda?
Any online source for them?

I appreciate the help!

Mazda's part number is F285-18-741A, the number you have is the misubishi number. its used on a bunch of cars, so i'm sure any dealership can get it

You're very helpful.
Thank you.

Good used ones should be a dime a dozen as well. They really don't fail that often.

Thanks for the feedback.
I figured I would get a replacement one, then when I go to remove the current one I can inspect it. I've read that the electrical connection to the solenoid could more than likely be the issue. (moisture or corrosion to increase resistance to the pins.)

Regardless, I'll have my replacement part just in case. :)
