Production Numbers help needed

Here is the site I found with our production numbers. I am still unable to find numbers on silverstone metallic or Brilliant Black with the red interiors...any clues??

Mazda did not track that, or if they did, it has never become public knowledge.

that is hard to believe that they didn't keep track of that...doesn't that seem weird?

I'm a bit surprised that Mazda kept track of exterior colors. I've never seen production numbers that included paint color from any other car, although I haven't looked around much.

Either way, I've got two more comments:
1. Silver is a pretty rare color to start with.
2. Most people either love or hate leather, and production numbers aren't going to change their minds.

There are a few, but black FD's with red interiors are very rare.

paint code is normally a part of the vin number, that fact alone would indicate the mazda has the information available. Its rediculous to think that they wouldn't have tracked that information. Exterior color has an effect on sales, they certainly know how many cars of each color where produced, and after the first year based on sales figures what colors where going to be produced by percentage.

The VIN itself doesn't give any details of the car:

However, using the VIN, Mazda probably can look up the car information in their database. However, as rynberg mentioned, its NOT public information.
