problems starting
 

While i was trying to past a car i over boosted (due to boost creep) and i hit the fuel cut off. I let off the peddle but it still ran like crap and then died after I pulled over. Now it wont start. I over boosted a couple of times before and hit the cut off but it was fine as soon as i let off the peddle. I'm in the process of making a restrictor plate for the midpipe to fix the boost creep. I've check what hose i can under the hood before it got dark and everything looks fine. Does anyone know what may be the problem? thanks in advance for any input.
