Problem, may be fuel...

My car work perfecly at low trotthle, but when i put the feet on the pedal a little harder it have a total loss of powerlike like if you the ignition for 1 second. What could be? i was thinking the fuel pump. The car have benn stopped for 2 month was working perfect before. Do you think could be the ignition problem? how to do a throuble shooting??
Thanks and Regards
Pietro

If you can never boost the car the ecu could be in limp mode. Not sure if thats possible with a knightsports ecu, but thats what it sounds like.

Once it happened to me too and i noticed that i was running on low fuel. From that time onwards i always made sure i had at least 1/4 tank full. (It never happened again.)

I don't know if that helped....just my experience....

Since the car have been unused foe 2 month, could be the low voltage due to battery discharge?
Anyway as enought power to start smooth the engine without problem.
Thanks
Pietro
