Could samebody please confirm where the rail has to machined and by how much.
I think its the top where the cover goes over to secure the injector and 2 mm

I mill them for customers , Cut the .125 ,1hundred 25 thousands of an inch off the top of the rail . The end where the threaded screw holes are . I get five dollars plus shipping . the five mostly covers my time to take them to the shipping place .

you can just double up on the o-ring if you're in a pinch.

O-rings get hard and fail so with two o-rings per hole do you have double the chance to have a failure ?
