Popping out nose dents?

A few years back I got a noticeable dent in the nose (stock) of my 94, most likely from some dunmbass pushing my car with his hands on the nose. The dent is on the top, just to the inside of where the right headlight sits. Was wondering if it would be possible to take the nose off and push the dent out form the inside. Has anyone tried anything like this? Did it work? How pliable (forgiving) is the nose?

Pull the nose off, I pull mine a few times per season it is no big deal. I forget all the bolts involved but each side has hidden studs around near the side marker lights, two each side that need nuts removed. Pull back front part of plastic wheel well liner to gain some access. Shop manal on this forum points out all the attachment points.

I never had a dent to push out, but it would be best to first push from backside, a styrofoam backing block may be crushed; if push out does not keep it out ...some mild heating may help.

I don't think just pushing it out is going to do the job. I would heat up the spot with a heat gun and then push out. Heating it up should bring it back to it's original form.
