Plug Question

Sorry for the dumb question but i need some help I still learning about the whole rotory set ups and combo

my leading plugs keep fowlin out after like a month
the ones im using are the NGK's 7L 9T I have the same set up as the 5zigen car using the tdo6 sin turbo. should i go 9's traling and leading and if so are the 9 that i use for the traling the same part number for the leading. again sorry for the dumb ? just wanted to know before i can the plugs out again THANKS

NGK BUR9EQ for all 4
see if your leadings last longer this way I dont think they will though and there might be another problem...running rich or something else

BTW most modded cars run 9s all around for safety.

I run all 9's as well, but I still have to change them quite often.. damn I need more tuning lol.

If your leadings are fouling out faster, running all 9's will make it worse.

Thanks for the info i will try the 9s and see

mad_7tist 02-16-04 07:10 PM

they are a colder plug and need more heat to self clean. not realy achieved in about town driving. you sound a bit rich, better that than lean if you have to pick

I just put in the 9s the car responded better lets see how long these last and yes i aam runnin a little to rich I gotta go get it dyno tunned.
Thank you all for your help
