Please help identify this mystery box above the ECU

Can someone please help me identify this mystery box above the ECU
in the pic below ?
It's highlighted in yellow.
I don't know for sure if I found the right part in the FPM or not.
There is a resistor box listed in that general location,
but it looks different. If anyone has one for sale please PM me.

So it is a resistor box of sorts.
Theres a part listed in the FPM in "engine bay parts" instead of the "interior parts"
section that looks like it might be this part. I can't find it anywhere else.

the box senses when certain things are turned on in the car and then increases the engine speed to compensate for the load by sending a signal to the ecu.

So if I turn my interior lights, the aircon and the radio on, I can go faster, right?

rear defroster
blower motor in 3/4 position
