Please Help!
 

Hi,
I have two areas of concern. I have installed a koyo rad, greddy pe, mazda performance DP, Pettit ECU (for these mods), and a #67 carb jet in the wastegate line.

I drove the car for the first time today and am experiencing a stutter in higher RPM's, 5000 and up while under less than full throttle. There appears to be no stutter while under WOT. What could be causing this, is this of concern? Boost seemed to be around 12-13 psi, max of 14. I am switching to a larger pill tonight to try and bring that down to 10.

Second area of concern. The car had been shut off and started (properly cooled down first) with no trouble, first turn of key. However after filling up with Sunoco 94, she didn't want to start, took three tries and a bit of gas for it to fire. Idle is fine, not rough, and not hunting, what could've caused this? should i be concerned? Please help

Could be reading for some new spark plugs.
