Please help!!!
 

Hey guys well I'm looking into buying a 1993 R1 with 35000 original miles on it. The car looks really clean and it drove great motor pulled real hard and tranny shifted perfect.

Now the bad the car has a few things that need work really nothing major for the most part. The one thing I discovered today when I went to drive it was when the owner opened the hatch to show me the trunk area a bunch of water came rushing down from under the plastics. I took a good look at the spoiler and well the gaskets around the mounting bases look pretty eatin up so I figure that there maybe some good amount of rust under there. Though I didnt see any around the base of spoiler just alittle under it in one corner.

Heres my question how much do the hatches go for used usually and does anyone know someone selling any? I have a friend who owns a body shop so its not a big deal to have it painted. This is what has really got me worried about the car.

If you guys could tell me about how everything might run used rough estimate of course that would be great.

Other issues that are easy to deal with:
Some kid broke the glass in the passenger mirror.
Brakelight sensor is stuck. (brake lights stay on)
Hood was repainted b/c of to many paint chips and has some bubbling(no rust).
Driver side window switches are broken.
A/c fan got damaged by a rag that fell in( No biggie first and foremost mod was going to be a radiator and fan change)
