Here's my turbo install ready to go back in tomorrow, shooting for 450-480 rwhp at 18psi, enjoy.

Looks good, is that going to be a reliable hp number?

It should be, I'm using 850 pri and 1600 sec with the Supra Denso FP. Basic calculation shows ~600HP at 45 psi fuel pressure and can go as high as 700 with around 70 psi. I think 450-480 is well within reason.

You're not keeping the air pump are you?

What turbo is that? Is that a 4" DP at the bottom? It "looks" a bit small but maybe its just the pic.

whats up with the greddy pullies and the air pump...didn't know you could use them and keep the air pump. I'm assuming you are going to take that off? What is the "box" at the top of the down pipe? Looks good.

You could keep the air pump with the pulleys, and yes I am keeping the air pump (for emissions testing). As for the "box" you are referring to, I think that's just a heat shield.

It's only 2.5" out of the turbo (the size of the turbine outlet), and expands to 3".

I just realized my signature needs to be changed.:D :D

Is this a kit or something you put together? What manifold is it? There aren't to many kits that will fit with the air pump on there, thats why I ask. I go the route of paying $100 for an inspection each year...thats how I do emmisions.

what turbo and manifold are you using?

The new RX6 turbo kit for the FD is specifically designed to retain all the emissions components. The kit comes with the turbo, ss manifold, ss down pipe, giant waste gate all piping (oil line), nuts and bolts, vacuum lines etc.
The only thing I found that was a little screwed up was the design of the heat shield above the turbine. It appears that the Japanese version of the LIM is different than the U.S. version which caused the heat shield to be un-usable. Other than that everything was a perfect fit.
