Pics of Greddy 2 FMIC install with Apexi Intake

I know this has been done before, I assume one of the two Apexi Intake filters needs to be relocated. If anyone has pics of these two mods together, I'd appreciate it as I'll be attempting the FMIC install next week, the Apexi is already in there.

I'm thinking, maybe move one of the intakes straight back to the rear of the engine bay, but it's aweful hot right there above the DP.

Other thought was since my AirPump is coming out (MP installed), maybe there is room for the second Apexi intake in the space where the AirPump is (was).

Talked to RX7Store Jason, he said he had this setup in his last 7 for a while, but I forgot to ask for pics...

Jason - you got any? :D

Anyone else have any suggestions or have actually done this job? Thanks in advance!

Hmm.. well it all depends really on how far the radiator gets pushed back when it is stood up, and how/where the pipe bends into the intercooler happen. I just did a Blitz fmic and Apexi intake combo without much trouble, check out the pics on my thread from yesterday. The bottom most filter still fit, the bottom of it contacts the radiator but I can still bolt it down to the passenger fender wall like it should be. The upper filter that turns to the side also fit with it bolted down to the crossmember w/the included Apexi bracket. The only thing I ended up ditching was that stupid bracket Apexi gives you to bolt the two filters together, I hated that thing.. always made things a pain to take out and really did nothing beneficial other than make the filters very rigid. I had to get rid of that bracket because the way the filters were sitting now it could not work, I was happy to do it though. HTH..
