PFC boost control Non-Sequential

After several hours of searching this, and the "other" forum,............ I am confused.

I just made the leap over to full non-sequential and cannot get my boost above 13 psi using my PFC to control boost. The boost is rock solid, just can't get any higher.

I know a MBC would do the trick, but that's a bit "ghetto" for my taste, and an electrical boost cotroller is just not in the immediate budget.

I found this diagram, but need some clarification:

WTF is the "pressure connector thing" refered to in the pic actually named?

I guess it's too simple of a drawing for me to understand. I am used to reading technical service manuals.

A little help here? Mods are in the sig.

The PFC *is* an electronic boost controller, in addition to it's other purposes.

EBCs just use a solenoid vs a variable (but set statically) orifice valve.

Try this, connect your boost gauge vacuum line to the exit port of the WG solenoid (cap the original port you used for the gauge).

Then boost and report back what you see.
