pettit racing protek r lube

just wondering if this is the oil you need for premix or just something you add to help lube the apex seals?

i actually use Royal Purple TCWIII (2-stroke) oil. it's clean burning and works great. also, i think its cheaper than Pettit's stuff. i used it on my last fd for 40k miles with no problems (but then i sold it to someone else)

how much did you use on each fill up, 4 oz.? and if im not mistaken you can get royal purple at autozone right?

I use the RP TCWIII too, about 6oz per tank. I've never seen it at Autozone or Pep Boys. You might have to check around. There's an "authorized" RP dealer around the corner from me. They stock everything that RP sells.
