What should the oxygen sensor look like at idle?

The appearance of an oxygen sensor is not rpm dependent.

If you are asking about AFRs (and have a wideband; if you don't have a wideband, ignore the flashing lights - they are for show only) search for 'ratio' in the PFC section and you will find many posts.

Actually my question is regarding the stock o2. I am used to seeing an ocillating .1-.9v oxygen sensor, but that is not what I see when checking mine. I wanted to know what I should be seeing in terms of voltage.

ocillations, to me really don't matter. what you want to look for is an average of 450mV at 5 times per second. a lazy o2 sensor will still ocillate, but a lazy o2 sensor is BAD.
