Overheating Problem

Hi.

I just finished upgrading my fd.
But I took her for a spin today and she hit a 120degs really fast.
I drove her home and stopped.

Then I changed my waterpump, and realised that I've been driving around without a thermostat in the two years since the car was imported from japan.
when I filled it up with water I removed the waterconnection on the throttlebody and filled up until it ran over there. Then I started the engine up and "fooled" the fans so I could control them with the ac. and the engine temp runs quickly up to 100 degs.

I felt on the filler neck and it was really hot, which the temp sensor I've mounted on the fillerneck confirmed, but at the middle of the hose going to the radiator it was about 12 degs, aka really cold, the same was the radiator.

So I pulled off the hose going from the fillerneck to the radiator to check if it was somehow plugged, but when I filled on water on the hose, water ran out from the filler neck so it's not stopping anywhere...

When the engine temp is above 70 degs I still dont get any hot air in the car, so my heating register is obviously not getting any hot water and neither is my radiator, but the waterpump is working fine...

I just dont get it... Anyone got any ideas?

Put a thermostat back in the car.

When the thermostat opens is not only opens the passage to the radiator, it closes the bypass through the engine.
