Overheating

my engine wants to overheat when i drive the car the temperatuer rises very quickly and i don't drive it now. i Think the thermostat is bad. But i don't know yet. and the overflow ends up spitting the coolant out so i don't know let me know please

Most likely it is the t-stat, possibly also a bad radiator cap. Do the fans come on?

you wanna check your fans if they come on /you wanna replace your thermo switch for the one of 90-92 rx7 non turbo so that your fans kick on much sooner
190/replace rad cap/ast cup/ drill your t-stat /seal ur radiator under tray/check for leaks.

the fans kick on constantly more when it wants to over heat,

honestly sounds like a bad coolant seal, thats why the coolant is being pushed out the over flow.

Is the car low on coolant after you shut it down?

Rad cap or coolant leak in a hose. Get a coolant system pressure tester.

Sounds like a bad t-stat to me. When you replace it, only use an OEM part. Don't buy some parts store piece of crap!!!
