opinion's needed on this setup

hey guys, my brother found a 93 touring that has the following setup in it. the car is being sold for $11700 and has 120,000 miles.

what do you think about the price? too high?
there's just not that many of these in my state being sold. I can live with the high miles, more important to me is the condition of the engine and all else.

below is the setup:

peter farrell intercooler, pettit racing downpipe, midpipe, catback exhaust, M2 ecu, mazdatrix short shifter, pettit racing intake, pettit racing underdrive pulley, racing fuel pump, knight sport turbos with ported wastegate, racing beat springs, tockico adjustable schocks, suspension tecniques sway bars with sway bar supporter, autometer boostgauge with pillar mount, new racing clutch..

is there anything missing or should have been install first or along with this setup?

sorry for being so long, but I'm a new buyer looking for a nice and hopefully minor trouble free car. I'm still looking.......thanks.

You know you could always buy out of state and have it shipped to where ever your at. If your looking for something specific then i would wait and take your time. But do as you want. Good Luck.

avoid that car like the plague. the M2 ECU can not safely handle a midpipe...and on top of that, high flow turbos. the engine is most likely running really lean and will pop any second on a hard run.

or, get the compression checked, and if the engine is still running strong, buy it and install a PFC as soon as you can.
