I think I'm going to get some BBS rims similar to teh ones on the RZ type. They are a little cheaper the Volks. I wish I could have gotten in on the Volk Group buy, but I really won't be ready to buy im for about 8 months.

check these out, and the weight specs aren't bad on them either... get em in the 18x8.5 front and 9.5 for the rear, they have a 45mm offset and should fit excellent.

The ADVANs would be sweet if you have over 3k to spend on wheels and tires though...

There are some criteria you need to consider before making your decision. Will you be using them for racing? Or do you just want an upgraded look? The last thing you want to do is make an impulsive decision on your wheels. Sometimes things will look good to you at one point, but that can quickly go away when you learn that you really don't like them.

For racing (or just performance), you'll want to consider something that is light. (ie. TE37s, SSRs, RP-01s, etc..)

Something that will be equal width (if not bigger) than stock. Forget about those 7.5s. Are you upgrading or downgrading? Next, you'll want to think about the size. 18's look nice and have less wall-height than 17's, but can you handle the harsh ride? If you can, you'll appreciate the dimished wall-flex going into a turn.

Also, I only saw you post negative-offset wheels. Leave those to the rice people and pick yourself up something with a more positive offset. Don't you like a nice fat lip?

Don't rush in. These things are expensive and directly affect the ride-quality of your car.

But if you're just going for looks, I don't think anyone can really help you with your bad taste (j/k).

P.S. I don't know how it is where you live, but 'round here rims will attract attention from car thieves and police alike, so add that to your thoughts.

I was going to get the ADR Kasai's in 18x8 and 18x9's. I havne't been able to find the weight for them, but they're not a bad buy I think at 267 for the 8's and 282 for the 9's. If anyone else has or have heard of these, I'd like to get some feedback before buying them.

I like the way the ADR's have the split 5 spoke design and they come in block, silver or chrome. They only have 17x7 and 17x8 though, so if you want 8's and 9's you have to get the 18's. I really want these wheels in 17, but I'll work with 18's no problem. I don't know what the weight is for these wheels, they might be on the heavy side jsut from the looks.

I didn't care for any of the Forgeline wheels, especially for the prices.

Those Blitz wheels look pretty nice, but I want to get something original and catchy. I know someone else makes the same style of wheel as the ADR ones, but I'm not sure who. They're a higher grade of wheel, about $500 a pop. I don't make a lot of money - military pay- so I'm looking for something affordable yet looks good and built good (weight and construction).

With the right offset on 18's, how low can you lower the suspension? When I get the 18's, I want to get some Eibach springs and they lower the car 1". Will that make it rub, or can I have the fenders massaged out?

Best looking wheels I think are the O.Z. Mito Modular. They look awsome but they are a bit pricey and I am not sure they are still made. But as far as those things you were looking at. I don't care for them my self.

The O.Z. Mito Modular's actually look pretty good. I just don't have pockets deep enough to buy them. I haven't seen any other 5 spoke style wheels that I like and I can afford. The Enkei's look good, but I have this problem with semi-originality. They're a popular wheel, and once I seen the split spoke design, I thought it'd look good. Anyway, everyone's entitled to an opinion.
